松花江哈爾濱城區(qū)段百里生態(tài)長廊總體規(guī)劃
本項目對哈爾濱百里長廊內(nèi)灘涂島嶼進行生態(tài)分區(qū)，提出相應的保護與修復方法，并設計了監(jiān)測評價指標體系。該規(guī)劃涉及水文、水資源、生態(tài)環(huán)境、水景觀、區(qū)域規(guī)劃和旅游經(jīng)濟等方面專業(yè)，是一次著眼于流域尺度，融合水利、生態(tài)、景觀和經(jīng)濟等學科，統(tǒng)籌考慮生態(tài)與經(jīng)濟，河流綜合規(guī)劃與濕地生態(tài)保護恢復的創(chuàng)新性嘗試。
This project divides the beach of Baili Promenade in Harbin into ecological zones, puts forward the corresponding methods of protection and restoration, and designs the monitoring and evaluation index system. The plan covers hydrology, water resources, ecology, water landscapes, regional planning and tourism economics. It is an innovative attempt to focus on basin scale, integration of water conservancy, ecology, landscape and economics, and overall consideration of ecology and economy, integrated river planning and restoration of wetland ecological protection.
