淮南市引大別山優(yōu)質(zhì)水源工程作為淮南市一項(xiàng)重要的民生工程，工程建設(shè)總投資達(dá)人民幣6.45億元。此PPP項(xiàng)目的開展，不但可以提高淮南人民飲水質(zhì)量，解決淮南市人生活用水的供需矛盾，也可以探索淮南市水務(wù)項(xiàng)目PPP運(yùn)營(yíng)模式，減輕當(dāng)?shù)卣呢?cái)政負(fù)擔(dān)。我公司為該項(xiàng)目提供PPP前期咨詢，主要包括交易結(jié)構(gòu)、融資結(jié)構(gòu)、交易模式的設(shè)計(jì)，初步財(cái)務(wù)測(cè)算，為淮南市政府評(píng)估項(xiàng)目可行性提供有力參考。
